Welcome to Carnforth RUFC's website, here you will find the latest club information, fixtures, results and individual player profiles.

Carnforth Rugby Union Football Club is based in the North Lancashire and have a team in the Powergen North Lancs 2 league and a second team in the Miller Homes North West Intermediate Division 5 (North). We currently have two teams and are looking to field a third this year.
Its a great club with a good social atmosphere, attracting players from Lancaster, Morecambe, Kendal, North Lancashire etc.

There is our monthly email newsletter "From the Sidelines" which gives you club information and a little bit of humour.

If you've got any Photographs new or old you can email them to me or give me them at the next players meeting.

Training As the new season progresses you are going to need to get back into shape, unless you want to be gasping for breath 5 minutes into the match. Training is on a Wednesday at 6:45pm prompt on the Carnforth High School Fields. We want a good turn out this year so those of you already getting your book of excuses ready WAIT. Q. But its raining A. We have both indoor and outdoor facilities Q. But I don't like getting dirty, then getting in my Car. A. There are showers provided. Q. But its dark. A. We have flood lights. Q. But its cold. A. Go and learn to play tiddlywinks then you big poof. Q. I don't get home in time. A. We are there till 8:30pm just turn up late. Q. I'm doing my own fitness regime A. It's not all fitness, the more people turn up, then we can practice ball skills etc. And by the looks of last year most of you would be better suited to the GB relay team for your passing skills. So come on even I've made it down this year!!!!
